CREATIVE CLASS

CREATIVE CLASS  ? AMERICANS ?

Who are the Americans?  Education system in USA .

USA is a multi-national country. White Americans, black people, Hispanic people (so Spanish is used as a second language) , east  countries and others…
Different cultures, different life styles, different perceptions.
Even different states, different state rules etc. that’s why  people who live in USA say we are AMERICANS. Like the author says
America's growth miracle turns on one key factor: its openness to new ideas, which has allowed it to dominate the global competition for talent, and in doing so harness the creative energies of its own people--and, indeed, the world.

They  have  to … Because they are multi-nationals.

Let’s talk about education
Education is important for creative class.

Their education especially in high schools was collapsed.
They are searching for new things.  That‘s why they created charter schools.
Charter School is   defined between government school and public school
If you are an investor, you apply for charter school.
You may choose your building, your staff and your students.
Families do not pay for the school it is like a government school but administrator is private. Administrator can choose his staff .How many students you have,
Board of education in that state pays for each student. But who comes to your school you should accept it (the reason is ‘no child behind left law’)
Then as a administrator   by that amount of money, you pay rent of the building, salaries and other facilities.
And you should be successful in your education. Your achievement in  state  or national competitions  ,  give different approaches to American system , teaching and learning methods,  approach  to  student-family  … All these success and methods   are followed by  education of board , families , others …

American government thinks ‘’ These charter schools can be new alternative for  education system   before college and university life

So  high educated  American people  can go to  the universities and colleges ..so their local( domestic)  high educated people  work  in universities ..

If you look universities ,  as a academic  staff  you will  see  many  academicians who come from  different countries .. They use their potential..
But the problem is their local( domestic)  people. Local( domestic)  Americans are not high educated.
( p.s) If you live in a system,  you can not be  creative . Because you think that system solves everything.

The New Trends and Concepts 2010: Groundswell

The New Trends and Concepts 2010: Groundswell

In Education Field , companies ( colleges , universities ) use these technologies in their work.
Facebook , Twitter ( in these days how twitter can be used in university or college lessons is discussed between educators)
one of the professor in USA used this twitter over his students .
he grouped his students and they discuss their projects over twitter and he realized that students activities in their project are increased.
maybe twitter has restricted characters but this social network can be used in education .
at least it helps and gives different ideas
it makes difference.

or to go with a tour group with a guide who gives good advise and serves the teams along the journey .
The last is the servant leadership style . The servant leader is here to serve and lead the team into the right direction .. To do that care , (s) he is mentioning and coaching the group to achieve the target

Eighteen months later, Sam is still grieving and can't sleep. Although Jonah misses his mother, he wants his father to get a new wife despite Sam having not even contemplated dating again. On Christmas Eve, Sam, on Jonah's initiative, ends up pouring his heart out on a national radio talk show about his magical and perfect marriage to Maggie, and how much he still misses her.
